Marketing & Brand Operations Specialist

Location:

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive marketing operations specialist who will keep our brand consistent and our content pipeline moving. You’ll manage our agency, produce and organize raw content, maintain the asset library, translate technical inputs into customer-ready collateral, and ensure our expos and events meet brand standards. This is a hands-on role that combines creative judgment, production know-how, and strong project management.

Responsibilities

Agency & Content Calendar

  • Manage the weekly content calendar with our agency and ensure on-time publishing.
  • Review designs and copy with a critical design eye (layout, spacing, color, hierarchy) and provide clear, actionable feedback.

Content Production

  • Plan and execute micro-shoots (CEO talks, product explainers, plant footage).
  • Capture high-quality photos/videos with phone or DSLR, using basic audio and lighting setups.
  • Deliver well-organized raw files within defined timelines.

Digital Asset Management

  • Own the content library: taxonomy, tagging, version control, consent/rights tracking, and backups.
  • Keep product photos, videos, and collateral up to date through periodic shoots.

Collateral & Launch Kits

  • Convert engineering inputs into simple creative briefs for brochures, data sheets, and user manuals.
  • Ensure every launch has a complete marketing pack (collateral, product photos, web copy, social content).

Internal Events & Social Hygiene

  • Document small internal events (celebrations, milestones) and deliver quick-turnaround selects/reels to the agency.

Expos & Vendor Coordination

  • Manage pre-show planning, timelines, and print files; liaise with booth vendors and logistics partners.
  • Oversee setup quality control, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines; capture content during expos.

Reporting & Governance

  • Provide weekly updates on calendar, live posts, upcoming shoots, and risks.
  • Maintain organized approvals, links, filenames, and version histories.

What You Bring

  • 3–6 years in MarCom, brand operations, or content production (B2B/industrial/tech preferred)
  • Strong visual sense: able to spot issues with spacing, kerning, color, icons, and copy.
  • Hands-on production skills: photo/video capture (phone/DSLR), mics, framing, lighting; fast selects and rough edits
  • Project and vendor management skills: timelines, briefs, budgets, checklists; calm under expo/event pressure.
  • Proficiency with: Google Workspace/Drive, Asana/Notion, Figma/Adobe (review-level), Hootsuite/Buffer, DAM tools
  • Nice to have: hardware/product launch experience, print spec knowledge (CMYK, bleed), basic motion graphics, familiarity with EV/energy/industrial sectors.
