The Branch Service Manager will be responsible for managing all service operations at the branch level. This includes supervising a team of service engineers/technicians, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery, driving customer satisfaction, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with service standards. You will lead and manage a team of service engineers and technicians, allocate resources and schedules efficiently to meet service requests and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) obligations, and conduct regular training and skill development programs for the service team.
