Sales Manager – Bangalore (ZGP)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet business goals.2. Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with potential clients.3. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and brand promotion.4. Oversee branch operational activities and report to the head office. KPI – Sales Manager5. Sales target achievement – self6. Maintaining the conversion % at par – self7. Achieving client meeting targets – self8. Achieving cross-promotion targets – self9. Maintaining nil pending follow-ups – self10. Maintaining the CQ scores11. Maintaining the audit scores and KPI metrics at par12. Maintaining the discount % at par13. Maintaining same-day and full payment transactions
Required Candidate Profile:
14. Experience: 2 to 10 years in sales management15. Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills16. Technical Proficiency: Google Sheets & Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table)17. Preferred Language: English, Tamil, and Kannada
