Job Description

As a candidate for the position, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Chit Companies/NBFC/Finance. Your responsibilities will include: - Negotiating contracts with clients or vendors, which involves developing the terms and conditions of agreements - Establishing company policies and procedures for all departments within the company - Reviewing financial reports and making recommendations for improvements to business operations based on findings - Developing and presenting proposals to prospective clients to win new business Qualifications required for this role include: - 3 years of experience in Chits/NBFC (Preferred) The company is based in Thrissur, Kerala, and there is a preference for candidates willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
