Branch Sales Manager

Role Overview: You will be leading Channel Sales in Home Appliances and Air Conditioners at the Vijayawada branch as the Branch Manager. Your main responsibilities will involve proactively identifying changes in market demand, modifying strategies for market share expansion, achieving primary and secondary targets, targeting new business opportunities, expanding the client base, managing the supply chain effectively, and devising incentive and promotional schemes to maximize yearly volumes with a motivated sales force. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify changes in market demand and modify strategies for the expansion of market share and achievement of primary and secondary targets. - Identify and target new business opportunities and continuously expand the existing clientele base through sales promotional activities. - Develop and sustain the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. - Devise target incentive and promotional schemes to generate, maximize, and achieve yearly volumes with a motivated sales force. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. - Full-time graduate with an MBA from reputed institutes. - Knowledge of the Vijayawada region. - Proficiency in the Telugu language.,
