Job Description

As a Business Unit Head for the branch, you will be responsible for owning and ensuring that branch sales targets are met, creating adequate pipelines, exploring new business opportunities, and developing the branch team to achieve success. - Carry and achieve personal sales targets along with the team's targets. - Develop strong business relationships with customers and vendors to drive above-average business results. - Manage customer relationships effectively to maintain control over the customer base. - Gain a deep understanding of the market and industry in the region to implement effective sales and marketing strategies. - Coach and support team members to help them achieve their targets and professional growth. - Plan and participate in marketing events and broadcast shows. - Recruit, guide, and manage team members to meet manpower requirements. - Forecast and manage sales on a quarterly basis, maintain a sales pipeline, and ensure profitability according to business guidelines. - Minimum of 10 years of work experience in direct sales. - MBA in Marketing will be an advantage.
