Branch Sales Manager

Role Overview: As a Branch Manager at our Karnal branch, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the branch operations. Your primary focus will be on driving branch growth, team leadership, sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. With your experience and expertise, you will contribute to the overall success and profitability of the branch. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the overall operations of the branch. - Lead, guide, and motivate the branch staff to achieve business targets effectively. - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue. - Monitor daily activities, sales performance, and operational efficiency to drive continuous improvement. - Ensure excellent customer service standards and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. - Handle branch administration, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide regular reports to senior management. - Establish and nurture strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Recruit, train, and evaluate branch employees to maintain a high-performing team. Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Post-Graduation (MBA preferred). - Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management, operations, or sales leadership roles. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proven track record of working under pressure and achieving targets. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Please note that the final interview will be conducted at the Chandigarh Branch. The training period of 15-20 days in Chandigarh is unpaid, and accommodation and meals will be provided during this period. Post-training, the job location will be at the Karnal Branch, and the salary will commence from the date of joining at the Karnal Branch.
