Job Description:

We are seeking proactive and target-driven professionals for the role of BSM in the Home Loan / Loan Against Property (HL/LAP) segment. This is a front-line sales role focused on generating business and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing Home Loan and LAP customers through direct and indirect channels

2. Maintaining relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other sources for lead generation

3. Meeting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and suggesting suitable loan products

4. Handling loan documentation, eligibility analysis, and coordinating with credit and operations

5. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

6. Ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Experience: 2 years in HL or LAP sales preferred

2. Strong local network in Rajkot, Surat, Ahmedabad

3. Knowledge of housing finance products and documentation

4. Good communication and negotiation skills

5. Self-motivated and target-oriented
