Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
