We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide exceptional customer service. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of Emerging Enterprise Banking and UCV products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Familiarity with sales principles and practices. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
