Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in sales or customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling bank products and services.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
