Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in branch relationship management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software and other banking systems is an advantage.
