Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in managing receivables and handling NPA cases. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the branch's receivable portfolio, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts. Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize NPA and improve cash flow. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes related to receivables. Analyze and report on receivable performance metrics, providing insights for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to receivables. Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions related to receivables. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of BFSI operations, including receivables management and NPA resolution. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in financial software applications and systems, with excellent technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
