Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing receivables and handling customer queries.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the branch's receivable portfolio, ensuring timely payments from customers.
Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivable performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking regulations and practices, particularly in receivables management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
