Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Receivable Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in managing receivables and driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the branch's receivable portfolio to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debts. Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce receivable aging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes. Analyze and report on receivable performance metrics to senior management. Identify and mitigate risks associated with receivables, such as fraud and default. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and risk management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Experience in managing teams and leading projects. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail. A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
