Branch Manager – The Travel World (Corporate Car Rental Services, Pan India)

The Travel World, a leading corporate car rental service provider with operations across India, is looking for experienced and trustworthy Branch Managers to lead our new branches as part of our nationwide expansion. We are seeking individuals with strong leadership qualities who can independently manage branch operations, oversee staff and driver coordination, ensure timely bookings, maintain excellent client relationships, and handle daily operational and administrative responsibilities.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for setting up the branch, hiring and managing staff, handling all local vendor and driver relations, and ensuring that all bookings are executed smoothly and professionally. You will also play a key role in driving local sales efforts, maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving operational issues, and ensuring vehicle maintenance and documentation are up to date. The ideal candidate should be proactive, honest, and organized, with previous experience in transport, travel, logistics, or operations. Strong communication skills, team management ability, and a problem-solving mindset are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
