Branch Operations Manager

You will be responsible for managing and controlling all operational functions of the branch with zero errors. This includes ensuring adequate coordination with centralized operations teams to maintain high-quality service and internal and external customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely receipt and submission of regulatory and other reports by the Branch, participating in process improvement exercises within branch/cluster, identifying areas for productivity enhancement and cost reduction initiatives, and initiating team meetings internally within Ops as well as with business teams of the branch and circulating minutes to all stakeholders at regular intervals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage & control all operational functions of the branch with zero errors - Ensure coordination with centralized operations teams for high-quality service - Ensure timely receipt and submission of regulatory and other reports - Participate in process improvement exercises - Identify areas for productivity enhancement and cost reduction - Initiate team meetings and circulate minutes to stakeholders **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in General Branch Banking Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity - Degree of graduation in any discipline.
