Job Description

As a Compliance Manager, your role involves ensuring compliance with sanction and disbursement conditions, authorizing disbursals, managing delinquency, overseeing vendor and cost management, and maintaining quality through audits and compliance checks. Key Responsibilities: - Authorizing disbursals - Managing delinquency - Overseeing vendor and cost management - Maintaining quality through audits and compliance checks - Training your team and channels - Managing portfolio quality - Overseeing PDD management - Ensuring quality customer service Qualifications Required: - B Com or MBA in Finance In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, technical competencies required for this role include disbursement of sanctioned loans, knowledge of mortgage operations, basic banking knowledge, and proficiency in computer applications.
