As the Branch Operations Head for a Car rental operation in Gurgaon, your primary role will be to effectively manage the branch's P&L, revenue, and gross margin. You will be responsible for driving efficient resource utilization to maximize productivity and ensure seamless on-ground operations for customer retention. Your key responsibilities will include: - Safety & Compliance: - Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance standards. - Build a culture of safety-first across operations. - Data Analytics & Financial Management: - Monitor branch financial performance including P&L, margins, and cost optimization. - Utilize data-driven insights for decision-making and operational efficiency. - Operational Resource Management: - Manage fleet, manpower, and infrastructure to deliver consistent service quality. - Drive process excellence and productivity benchmarks. - Business Development & Client Engagement: - Expand branch revenues through new client acquisition and retention. - Strengthen customer relationships through superior service delivery and drive B2C business growth. - Talent Management: - Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team for high performance. - Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession planning. - Business Partner Engagement: - Manage vendor/partner relationships to ensure smooth operations. - Negotiate cost-effective and quality-driven partnerships. Your profile should encompass strong commercial acumen, a proven track record in sales growth and revenue expansion, excellent communication and negotiation skills, leadership qualities to manage a high-performing team, and a highly result-oriented approach with strong execution capabilities.
