Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Ahmednagar. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage employee performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve branch goals. Responsibilities include handling banking procedures, developing business plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading the branch team. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for driving sales and fostering a positive work environment.
