Job Description

A Branch Manager for Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance focuses on sales growth and team management, including recruiting and developing a sales force of advisors and financial planners to achieve and exceed sales targets for life insurance products. Key responsibilities involve managing daily branch operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting productivity and activation within the sales team, maintaining accurate customer and advisor databases, and fostering a positive environment for customers to meet their life goals.    Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development:

    Drive sales of various life insurance products, including Traditional and ULIP schemes, to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.   
  • Team Management:

    • Recruit, train, and develop a network of insurance advisors and financial planners.   
    • Ensure advisors' productivity and activation through effective management and support.   
    • Conduct specialized training programs and promote good working habits within the team.   
  • Market Expansion:

    Build and manage a robust and profitable distribution network to expand the market reach.   
  • Product Promotion:

    Promote the entire range of products and ensure the team is equipped to offer a diverse product mix to customers.   
  • Customer Focus:

    Assist customers in making informed investment decisions to meet their life goals by acting as a financial planner.   
  • Operational Efficiency:

    Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and efficient management of customer and advisor data.   
  • Goal Achievement:

    Track and achieve goals related to persistency, lead conversion, and contest achievements on a weekly basis.
