Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager at Winners Tours and Travels, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a financial branch office, ensuring profitability, managing staff, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will play a key part in achieving the company's financial goals through business development, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Branch Operations Management - Oversee all operational aspects of the branch, including administrative processes, cash flow, and compliance. - Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning aligned with company policies and procedures. - Team Leadership - Supervise, train, and motivate a team of financial advisors, loan officers, customer service representatives, and support staff. - Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs to ensure staff development. - Business Development & Sales - Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. - Meet branch sales targets for financial products such as loans, investments, insurance, and deposits. - Client Relationship Management - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and issue resolution. - Act as a key point of contact for high-value clients and complex financial matters. - Risk Management & Compliance - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and company standards. - Monitor and manage risks, including credit and operational risks. - Reporting & Analysis - Prepare regular reports on branch performance, sales, revenue, and expenses. - Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred). - 5+ years of experience in financial services, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. - Strong knowledge of banking or financial products and services. - Familiarity with financial compliance, risk management, and regulatory standards.
