Branch Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the operations,

academics, and business performance of our educational center. The ideal candidate will have

strong leadership qualities, a background in the education or training industry, and a passion for

delivering high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1) Operational Management:

●Oversee daily operations of the branch including infrastructure, staff, logistics, and administration

● Ensure smooth delivery of academic programs and adherence to SOPs

● Monitor center hygiene, safety, and compliance with company standards.

2) Academic & Student Managemen

● Coordinate with faculty and academic teams to ensure timely class delivery and student satisfaction.

● Address student/parent concerns, feedback, and grievances professionally.

● Conduct periodic reviews of academic performance and suggest improvements

3) Business Development & Revenue Generation:

● Achieve branch targets related to admissions, revenue, and student retention.

● Conduct local marketing, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional activities.

● Convert leads to enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.

4) Team Leadership:

● Hire, train, and supervise staff including counselors, admin staff, and faculty (if required).

● Motivate the team to achieve individual and branch goals.

● Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

5) Reporting & Analysis:

● Maintain and analyze branch performance data – admissions, revenue, student feedback,

etc.

● Send regular reports to the regional or central office.

● Take corrective actions based on business performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (MBA preferred)
• Proven experience in branch operations, academics, or business management
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and data-driven performance management
