Job Description

4-5 years of relevant experience required as a Branch Manager.

An automobile industry branch manager oversees all operations within their assigned dealership branch, including sales, service, and parts departments. They are responsible for achieving sales targets, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining profitability. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and making adjustments as needed.
  • Setting sales targets and motivating the sales team to achieve them.
  • Overseeing inventory management, including vehicle and parts ordering, pricing, and stocking.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring positive experiences.
  • Developing and implementing customer retention strategies.
  • Staff Management:
  • Leading, motivating, and training a team of sales, service, and parts professionals.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to improve employee performance.
  • Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitoring and controlling branch expenses to maintain profitability.
  • Managing budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring financial stability.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports.
  • Operations Management:
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the dealership, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinating activities across different departments (sales, service, parts).
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and industry regulations.
  • Marketing and Business Development:
  • Developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to attract new customers and promote the dealership.
  • Analyzing market data and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate customer and inventory records.
  • Managing aftersales functions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and recommending improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,992.19 - ₹35,549.40 per month
