Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of LAP sales experience (secured)
  • At least 3 years managing a team
  • Age 44-45 preferred
  • Exposure to ₹50L LAP ticket sizes
  • Ability to manage a team of 5-6 RMs Proven track record in driving branch sales targets
  • Strong local market knowledge (Ahmedabad / Indore / Morbi)
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Ready to join on offered CTC up to ₹11L

About the role:

  • Drive branch LAP sales and meet disbursement targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-6 Relationship Managers
  • Develop and strengthen channel partner (DSA/connector) networks
  • Ensure portfolio quality through strong credit and risk checks
  • Achieve branch profitability and growth objectives
  • Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis
  • Implement compliance guidelines and regulatory processes
  • Drive cross-sell opportunities within the branch
  • Build and retain a high-performance sales team Report branch performance to senior management with actionable insights
