Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for mortgage loans.
Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in branch sales and business development.
Oversee loan against property (LAP) processing, including credit appraisal, documentation, and disbursement.
Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of LAP products and processes.
6-11 years of experience in branch management or related field (banking/NBFC).
Excellent communication, leadership, and team handling skills.
Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
