Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Branch Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of branch operations. The role demands someone with strong leadership abilities and a sharp analytical mindset who can ensure all departments — HR, Operations, IT, and Admin — are functioning efficiently and in alignment with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily branch activities across all departments: HR, Operations, IT, and Administration.
• Monitor inter-departmental workflows and ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of tasks.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure all functions meet performance, compliance, and quality standards.
• Analyze operational data, financials, and departmental reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities.
• Generate actionable insights and strategic decisions based on data analysis.
• Work closely with department heads to track KPIs and align goals with branch performance targets.
• Ensure timely resolution of escalations and operational bottlenecks.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and present findings to senior leadership.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field.
• Overall 6–10 years of experience in branch/operations management, preferably with multi-department exposure.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
