Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a fresher, you will be trained to handle customer interactions professionally, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction across various communication channels such as calls, emails, or chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently.
• Escalate unresolved queries to the relevant department.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Excellent English & Hindi communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Patience, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric attitude.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum: Graduate in any stream
