Job Title: Customer Support Executive Company: Vastramay Location: Kolkata Salary Range: ₹11,000 – ₹14,000 per month Experience Required: Fresher to 2 years (Fashion/Retail industry experience is a plus) About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple platforms including calls, WhatsApp, chat, and social media queries. The candidate should be polite, patient, and have good communication skills. Knowledge of CRM handling will be considered an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Manage customer queries across chat, bot process & social platforms Resolve customer complaints, issues, returns, order-related problems etc Maintain proper documentation & daily records of customer conversations Update CRM system accurately regarding escalations / follow ups Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Dispatch, Ops) for resolution Maintain customer satisfaction and retention quality Ensure TAT is followed and timely closure of complaints Required Skills & Qualifications: Good communication skill in English & Hindi / Bengali Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Email / CRM preferred) Good problem-solving & patience in dealing with customers Positive and professional behaviour Ability to multitask and manage pressure calls Who Can Apply: Fresher can apply Candidates with 1–2 years of customer support experience preferred E-commerce customer support experience is a plus CRM handling experience is an advantage Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office) Vastramay - Growing Indian Ethnicwear Brand Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Work from home Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 17/11/2025
