Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager at our Goa, India location. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team, drive branch performance, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include setting and achieving financial goals, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, and fostering relationships with clients. The Branch Manager will also focus on strategizing ways to improve services and meet target objectives.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills to effectively manage and motivate branch staff
Strong organizational, analytical, and financial planning abilities
Customer service and relationship management expertise
Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with both customers and team members
Knowledge of banking operations, loans, financial products, and regulatory compliance
Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Proficient in using banking software and basic computer applications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in banking or financial services, with prior branch management experience
