Role & responsibilities-

Achieve branch sales and revenue targets through acquisition of new customers and cross-selling to existing customers.

Develop and implement strategies to increase the branchs market share in Kolar.

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers, local businesses, and community stakeholders.

Operations & Compliance

Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to policies.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal audit norms, and risk management frameworks.

Team Management

Lead, motivate, and mentor branch staff to achieve performance goals.

Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and skill enhancement programs.

Customer Service

Drive superior customer experience through quick resolution of queries and complaints.

Ensure delivery of quality services and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Market Knowledge & Reporting

Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.

Prepare and present periodic reports on branch performance, sales, and operations to senior management.
