Role & responsibilities- Achieve branch sales and revenue targets through acquisition of new customers and cross-selling to existing customers. Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and skill enhancement programs. Customer Service Drive superior customer experience through quick resolution of queries and complaints. Ensure delivery of quality services and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Market Knowledge & Reporting Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. Prepare and present periodic reports on branch performance, sales, and operations to senior management. Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills.
