Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include strategic planning, team leadership, training and development, financial management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager will also focus on relationship building with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Sales and marketing expertise, particularly in the insurance sector
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
Financial management and budgeting skills
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the insurance industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; an MBA is a plus
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the insurance sector
