Roles and Responsibilities Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction. Lead a team of direct sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve targets. Develop and implement strategies for business growth, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 5-9 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in branch management role. Strong understanding of mortgage loans (DST) and direct sales teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
