Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Tiruppur. The Branch Manager will lead day-to-day branch operations, oversee team performance, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, coordinating with the back-office team for loan processing, and fostering a customer-first culture. The individual will play a key role in driving business growth within the local market while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and guide branch staff
Sales and customer relationship management expertise, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving customer loyalty
Operational and administrative skills to manage day-to-day branch activities and ensure regulatory compliance
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate branch performance and identify areas for improvement
Local market knowledge and experience in financial products, particularly loans and MSME financing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong customer and partner relationships
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; prior experience in financial services or MSME sector is a plus
