As a Sales Manager for the assigned area, your role involves driving sales and achieving business targets. Your key responsibilities include: - Executing the defined strategy to achieve branch performance - Creating a demand funnel and meeting sales forecasts by maintaining good client relationships - Managing growth and profitability by staying informed of the competitive landscape and adjusting sales strategies - Expanding and retaining the customer base for affordable home loans through strong client/channel partner relationships - Building a diverse source mix of direct and indirect sourcing channels - Capitalizing on business opportunities, builder tie-ups, and joint promotional activities - Facilitating new location development to penetrate new markets - Ensuring smooth lending process functioning at all stages - Managing post-sales customer/channel partner escalations - Coordinating key departments and strategizing lending product roadmaps - Managing branch operating costs and monitoring book quality - Supporting closure of stress accounts in collaboration with collections team - Optimizing team productivity and ensuring business targets are met - Collaborating effectively with departments and leading the sales team - Overseeing branch administrative functions and maintaining active distribution span of control - Keeping up with market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies - Establishing internal controls for legal compliance and conducting regular audits - Ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies Additionally, you are required to have a Graduate qualification for this role.,
