Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and driving business growth, with 4 to 9 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Strong knowledge of the BFSI sector, including products and services.
Experience working with Equitas Small Finance Bank is an advantage.
