Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies. Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Requirements Proven experience in managing retail teams in the BFSI industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in financial management and budgeting. Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
