We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-9 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Assets, Inclusive Banking, or SBL. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets. Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Monitor and control expenses to maintain profitability. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Job Requirements Proven experience in branch management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of mortgage products and services. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing teams and achieving business objectives.
