Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Haldia. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include setting, tracking, and achieving business objectives, managing branch financials, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Branch Manager will also handle client relations and develop business strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
Strong understanding of financial management and budget planning
Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
Ability to develop and implement business strategies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
