About the Role We at Fuerza, are looking for an energetic and proactive Branch Manager to lead our gym operations, drive membership sales, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, self-motivated, and passionate about fitness and customer service. Key Responsibilities Drive membership sales, renewals, and referrals to achieve monthly targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for high retention. Supervise and motivate trainers, sales staff, and front-desk team. Ensure smooth daily operations, customer satisfaction, and service quality. Develop and execute promotional strategies to attract new members. Maintain gym standards: cleanliness, safety, and equipment upkeep.
