Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Mumbai. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, meeting sales targets, optimizing operational practices, handling customer inquiries and issues, and training team members. The role demands effective coordination with various teams to enhance the quality of customer service and business goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate Sales & Marketing or related field.

• 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role in Timeshare / Hospitality / Real Estate industry.
