Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager at our educational center, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, academics, and business performance. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth delivery of academic programs, student satisfaction, and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Management: - Oversee daily operations including infrastructure, staff, logistics, and administration. - Ensure smooth delivery of academic programs and adherence to SOPs. - Monitor center hygiene, safety, and compliance with company standards. - Academic & Student Management: - Coordinate with faculty to ensure timely class delivery and student satisfaction. - Address student/parent concerns, feedback, and grievances professionally. - Conduct periodic reviews of academic performance and suggest improvements. - Business Development & Revenue Generation: - Achieve branch targets related to admissions, revenue, and student retention. - Conduct local marketing, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional activities. - Convert leads to enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups. - Team Leadership: - Hire, train, and supervise staff including counselors, admin staff, and faculty. - Motivate the team to achieve individual and branch goals. - Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. - Reporting & Analysis: - Maintain and analyze branch performance data including admissions, revenue, student feedback, etc. - Send regular reports to the regional or central office. - Take corrective actions based on business performance metrics. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred). - Proven experience in branch operations, academics, or business management. - Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. - Knowledge of sales, marketing, and data-driven performance management.,
