Job Description

You will be responsible for leading and expanding Cellecor's sales operations in Siliguri and North Bengal region. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading the offline sales function - Managing distributor and dealer relationships - Driving secondary and tertiary sales through efficient territory planning - Implementing local trade marketing activities and promotions - Monitoring competitor activity and sharing actionable insights - Overseeing branch operations including stock management and team coordination - Recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales executives - Tracking sales performance and reporting key metrics - Ensuring brand visibility and retail engagement To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 10 years of experience in offline/channel sales in consumer electronics - Strong knowledge of the North Bengal market - Proven leadership experience managing field teams and dealer networks - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel across the region as needed,
