Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager with prior NBFC exposure. The candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, achieving business targets, and handling FD, RD, insurance, and loan products while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end branch operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Drive business growth through Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), insurance, and loan products.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and business targets assigned by management.
• Lead, train, and supervise branch staff to improve productivity and performance.
• Handle customer acquisition, relationship management, and grievance resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and adherence to NBFC regulatory norms.
• Oversee loan disbursement, collections, recoveries, and portfolio quality.
• Prepare and submit MIS, branch performance reports, and updates to Head Office.

Eligibility & Requirements

• 1 to 4–5 years of relevant experience as Branch Manager or similar role in NBFC / financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience in FD, RD funds, insurance, and loan operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Graduation or Diploma in any discipline (Finance background preferred).
• Candidate should be residing in or willing to work in Thrissur, Palakkad, or Malappuram districts.
