Job Description

We are looking for a Clerk to handle office and record-keeping work in our Co-operative Society. The person should be organized, responsible, and able to manage basic paperwork and data entry.

Key Duties:

  • Maintain member records and society files.
  • Enter data and prepare simple reports.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.
  • Help with daily office work and record keeping.
  • Assist in accounting and bookkeeping work.
  • Support audits and inspections when needed.
  • Perform other office tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).
  • Good typing and communication skills.
  • Honest, punctual, and attentive to details.
  • Experience in clerical or office work preferred (not mandatory).
