Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation

    Lead and manage the sales performance of Relationship Managers and Advisors to consistently achieve defined KRAs, with a focus on driving revenue across brokerage and financial products.
  2. Revenue Analysis & Profitability Management

    Track and optimize revenue generation by product category, customer segment, and branch location, ensuring sustained profitability at the branch level.
  3. Operational Efficiency & Issue Resolution

    Oversee day-to-day branch operations and act as the escalation point for back-office concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and uninterrupted service delivery.
  4. Service Level Compliance

    Ensure adherence to all predefined SLAs across functions, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  5. Process Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

    Regularly evaluate customer feedback and branch processes to recommend and implement improvements aimed at enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.
  6. Team Management & Development

    Drive recruitment, training, and retention strategies to build and maintain a high-performing team, aligned with approved manpower planning.
