Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Belgaum for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff management, customer service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include developing strategies to grow the branch’s business, managing branch budgets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and working closely with senior management to align branch goals with company objectives.

• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Relationship Management
• Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Compliance Management skills
• Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring skills
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
