Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Mutual Funds team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in managing mutual funds. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to boost mutual fund sales and customer acquisition. Lead and motivate a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Job Requirements Proven experience in managing mutual funds or related products. Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in mutual funds sales and distribution. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Strong customer service skills, focusing on building long-term relationships. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
