Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Umreth. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies, lead and manage branch staff, and meet sales and revenue targets. Responsibilities include customer relationship management, risk assessment, loan processing, and ensuring the branch’s overall growth and profitability.

Qualifications

Experience in branch management, financial planning, and team leadership
Skills in customer relationship management and sales
Knowledge of loan processing, credit assessment, and risk management
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the NBFC sector is a plus
